During the WEF Dalian 2024 Conference, Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh met with Mr. Kim Sang-Huyp, Co-Chairperson of the Presidential Commission on Carbon Neutrality and Green Growth of South Korea. The Prime Minister emphasized the potential for cooperation and mutual support between the two countries' economies, especially in green growth, aimed at reducing greenhouse gas emissions. This follows the signing of the Framework Agreement on Climate Change Cooperation in May 2021.
