e Land Law 2024 has just been announced by order of the President of Vietnam, effective from January 1, 2025. One of the five significant changes compared to the 2013 Land Law is the expansion of land use rights for Vietnamese people residing abroad.

On this occasion, the two sides signed a Memorandum of Understanding on environmental cooperation.
